32121 The tour began promptly at 7:30am. Keep in mind at least 5 hours of this eight hour tour is spent on the 4x4, 25+ passenger coach. Our tour required us to take an alternate, “high tide” route on a horrendous road for at least 45 minutes, followed by a beach ride where we saw dingoes, then we rode the inner sandy curvy, bumpy roads to our first stop at 10:15 for tea and a lake swim. We needed a serious rest after the drive. I would advise passengers to take motion sickness pills. We stopped at Central Station for a nature/history walk then lunch at 12:45. We returned to the lunch location at 12:35 and to our surprise, people had already stated serving themselves food. There were no more plates or forks and the salads were nearly gone. Though my friend ordered a steak, they were all gone. We had ordered our food months in advance but there were insufficient portions for our lunch. It would have been helpful if the tour guides verified the meals ordered by the passengers to ensure sufficient lunch meals. Once we returned to the beach road, the coach ride was much more tolerable. The tour was interesting, the guides were knowledgeable and informative. It would have been helpful to have road conditions prior to the tour and more info how tides affect the routes. The tea food was tasty. The overall tour was interesting.

54321 Fabulous your. Darryl’s in-depth knowledge of the island and storytelling kept us entertained between stops. Lunch was divine - in the rainforest beside a magical creek. The Island is magnificent and we would highly recommend this tour.

54321 This is such an amazing experience. The tour was on time it had great scenery. The food that was provided was delicious. The things you see at Fraser Island was absolutely stunning. My favourite place was lake Mackenzie and the beach. The water there is super clear and it is all natural. If you are lucky you will see dingos. The staff are friendly and they know what they are talking about. This is a great tour group to go to.
Katrina — 5 July, 2018

54321 Very very good tour. We had an incredible day, the tour left and arrived at the agreed time. The driver is very funny and explained all the sights. We visited beautiful places and had enough time to enjoy, we also ate a delicious lunch. Highly recommend a visit!

43211 Really nice day trip, I was impressed how guides cope well with driving, guiding and cooking! Such a great guys! Delicious food, nice and comfy car! It was a shame we couldn’t visit Lake Mckenzie, a must do experience next time!

54321 We had an amazing day! Everything was well organised and we could change our pick up location last minute. I am vegan and they took care unlike other tours. Thanks for this great experience!
Kathi — 7 December, 2017

54321 We had a fantastic and fun day with our guide Darryl! The island was beautiful and we got to see so many nice places! Darryl knew a lot about everything and was super fun the entire day! Lunch was also great :-)

54321 A great way to explore the highlights of Fraser in 1 day. With a little hiccup with the bus we were booked on for Wednesday the tour guides showed great customer service offering our visit for free as we had to delay our visit to the next day. The tour guide Steve was very knowledgeable and gave great insight into the history and layout of Fraser. We saw great highlights of the island, including lots of whales and dolphins. A great day out!
Jennifer — 22 September, 2017

54321 Was a great adventure albeit a bit bone rattling in places. Driver did a remarkable job handling the vehicle in soft sand without too many scary moments. Bbq lunch was amazing and homemade biscuits a lovely touch. Will recommend.
Daille Bound — 29 August, 2017

54321 What a great one day tour! There wasn't too much packed in & got you home in time to not feel too exhausted (departing from Rainbow Beach). We had plenty of time for each stop & Andrew our tour guy was extremely knowledgable & considerate. Lunch was very filling & a very simple morning & afternoon tea satisfied. If you only have a day, a 2WD vehicle or want a small group, book this tour. Highly recommended.

54321 owesome just a great day
richard petrie — 17 July, 2017

54321 A really great day of exploring a beautiful place. Boarded at Rainbow Beach so unable to sit together, but this was made up for by each having window seats! No dingoes unfortunately, but plenty of whales. The food was above expectations, and Rob was a pleasant and knowledgable guide.
Jan — 9 July, 2017

54321 Perfect day to visit Fraser, we were also the last one's to get picked up at rainbow beach and hadn't any seat together but we had an even nicer view in front next to our guide. Nice lunch in the rainforest and enough time at every stop to discover the essentiels of this beautiful place. Thanks!
Melody — 4 July, 2017

43211 Staying at Rainbow Beach has been a disadvantage for this tour. As all other people boarded at Noosa we did get the last empty seats in the bus while another couple being in the same situation didn't even get two seats together. The tour itself was a nice experience with lots of wildlife, beaches and all the highlights of Fraser Island.
Michael — 24 April, 2017

43211 We had a great time on Fraser Island, depsite of the cloudy sky and a few raindrops here and there. Steve explained the places throughout the tour and made sure not to drive too roughly as we had a family easily prone to sickness with us as well. The BBQ lunch was amazing, I just wish the leftovers hadn't been thrown away while not having been touched even... There is definitely a lot to explore on Fraser, I'll be back.
Johanna — 9 April, 2017

54321 Rob was very knowlegable. Bouncing up and down haven't laughed so hard in years. Meals were much much more memorable than ever expected. Thanks will do more tours.
Travis Sykex — 23 March, 2017

43211 Nice tour. Although the stops at Eli creek and Lake Birrabeen are a bit to short
Adriana — 23 February, 2017

54321 Excellent tour, great guide, perfect BBQ at lunch. Dolphin, Snake and Dingo encounters. Great swimming at lake and creek. Bouncing up and down the sand roads was fun, definitely, Thanks for this great day!

54321 We did the 1 Day Nature tour. Andrew our guide was happy/positive/knowledgeable and fun and made the tour such a pleasure. We had brilliant weather/ saw all the beautiful sights with plenty of time & had an awesome lunch (2nd's available). Had a great day out! thank you :-)

Mirjam Malalan — 26 October, 2015

54321 First Rate enjoyable experience.! Where else would you experience a rainforest for morning tea, a beautiful lake to swim in, before a hearty lunch and afternoon tea by and wading in a beautiful freshwater stream, dolphins, wedge tail eagles, a dingo and a great bus driver. Thanks again, we'll be back! ( We went last Sunday week ....8.3.15).....;-)

54321 I would like to thank the whole AdventureFree Tours Team for the great customer service! I highly appreciated the easy booking procedure, the fast email response rate as well as the friendliness and dedication of all staff members. Both tours (1 Day Fraser Island & 4 Days Whitsunday Sailing) I attended were absolutely wonderful and definitely recommendable to anyone visiting Australia.
Silke — 27 October, 2014

54321 We had this tour on our anniversary. It made our day more memorable. The day was full of fun. We felt like we had 2-3 days of holiday. Tour was nicely organised & executed perfectly by their nice Driver cum guide Mr. Tim. We fully recommend this tour :)
Amit & Preeti — 15 October, 2014

43211 Despite promising only 16 ppl max, there r at least 20 ppl in the tour. Did not get to see Teewah Coloured Sand. But the driver cum tour guide cum cook is good. I think the management is to blame for the lack of assistance given to the driver n the broken promise coz he tried his best to fit everything in the 1 day tour. It's basically a 1-man show.
Lee — 15 October, 2014

54321 The trip was amazing. Tour guide was very informative and fun. Although there was a bad weather, the tour was being carried on with a lively atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a such a short and unique trip
Anastasia Wibowo — 15 October, 2014

54321 Highlight of the whole holiday for young & old in our family! The trip, the views, the sea & lakes, the food, the driver, we couldn't fault any of it. Just the right duration & never a dull moment, thanks guys!
